ClaimVMS works with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, AJIO, and other major Indian marketplaces, as well as independent D2C/Shopify stores with custom order flows.
No new hardware is required for a standard packing desk — any existing USB or built-in webcam works. For large or bulky products that don't fit under a desk camera, the ClaimVMS Android app handles recording on the warehouse floor instead.
₹5,000 per year, per licence — unlimited videos with no per-video charge, ever. This includes both the web app and the Android app, with no separate hardware cost.
Before sealing an order, the packer scans or types the AWB number into ClaimVMS. The recording that follows is automatically linked to that number, so it's instantly searchable later by AWB, SKU, or marketplace — no manual file naming needed.
Yes. Unlike VMS tools that copy every video to their own cloud by default, ClaimVMS is built the opposite way — footage is processed and can stay on your own storage. We don't retain a copy of your customer data unless you choose to store it with us.
Yes — the ClaimVMS Android app is included in your licence at no extra cost, built specifically for recording large or bulky items on the warehouse floor where a desk webcam isn't practical.
