From packing table to proof, in four steps.
No app to install, no hardware to buy. ClaimVMS runs in your browser and turns a normal pack-and-ship moment into evidence you can pull up in seconds.
Scan the AWB
Before sealing the order, the packer opens ClaimVMS in any browser tab and scans the AWB/order barcode with a handheld scanner, or types it in manually. This is the single ID that every following step gets tagged to.
Record the pack
A webcam on the packing PC (or the ClaimVMS Android app for large or bulky items) records the product going into the box, the label being applied, and the final seal — the exact footage marketplaces ask for in a returns dispute.
Auto-tagged and saved
The moment recording stops, the clip is automatically linked to that AWB number and order ID. No manual file naming, no folders to manage — it's searchable by AWB, SKU, or marketplace from the first second.
Submit the Claim
Scan the AWB to start recording, pack the order, stop recording, capture product & packaging photos, select the issue, and submit the claim. Photos are saved as a ZIP file, while the claim video is stored on your preferred storage. You can also submit using recording only.
Claim Email Received
After submission, ClaimVMS automatically sends a claim email with the AWB number, selected issue, and the attached ZIP file containing all product and packaging photos.
On a packing desk
For most sellers, the desktop webcam flow covers everything.
- Works with any USB or built-in webcam
- Runs in the browser — Chrome, Edge, Firefox
- No admin rights or IT approval needed
On the warehouse floor
For bulky or oversized products that don't fit under a desk camera.
- ClaimVMS Android app records on the move
- Same AWB tagging, same search, same storage
- No separate subscription — included in your licence
No. ClaimVMS runs entirely in the browser. There's nothing to download, no admin rights needed, and no antivirus exceptions to configure.
On your own storage, by default. Unlike desktop VMS tools that copy every clip to their own cloud, ClaimVMS keeps footage under your control unless you choose otherwise.
Each packing station just needs its own browser tab logged into ClaimVMS — there's no per-seat licence limit tied to hardware, since it's all web-based.
Yes. Every clip is tagged to its AWB number, SKU, and marketplace at the moment it's recorded, so you can search and pull it up any time later.
