These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClaimVMS's website, web application, and Android app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using ClaimVMS, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business or seller account you represent, and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on that business's behalf.

2. Description of Service

ClaimVMS is a web-based Video Management System (VMS) and Claim Management System (CMS) that helps e-commerce sellers record packing videos, link them to an AWB number, SKU, and marketplace, and retrieve that footage to support return-dispute claims.

ClaimVMS does not guarantee the outcome of any marketplace dispute or claim. We provide the tools to record and retrieve evidence; the acceptance and resolution of any claim remains at the sole discretion of the relevant marketplace.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating a ClaimVMS account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

ClaimVMS is offered on a subscription basis, billed annually per licence as described on our Pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• We may change our pricing for future billing cycles with reasonable notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ClaimVMS for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Upload, record, or store content that infringes on the rights of any third party
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to submit fraudulent or misleading evidence in a marketplace dispute

6. Video Data & Ownership

Packing videos recorded through ClaimVMS remain your property. Consistent with our data-sovereignty approach, footage can be stored on infrastructure that you control, and we do not claim ownership over your recordings or the content within them.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service — including where and how you record — complies with applicable privacy and data-protection laws relevant to your business and your customers.

Where you opt for ClaimVMS-hosted storage, we process and store that footage solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The ClaimVMS name, logo, software, and all associated branding are the property of ClaimVMS and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets beyond what is necessary to use the Service as intended.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to keep ClaimVMS reliable and secure, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that video recordings will always be successfully captured or retrievable under every circumstance (e.g., camera hardware failure, network interruption).

ClaimVMS does not guarantee that any specific marketplace will accept video evidence submitted through the platform, as claim outcomes are determined solely by that marketplace's own policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimVMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost revenue or lost claims — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your ClaimVMS subscription at any time in accordance with our cancellation process. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will end; any video data you have not exported prior to termination may become inaccessible, depending on your chosen storage option.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City, State].

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated Terms on this page, and continued use of ClaimVMS after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
